2026 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SPRING EVALUATIONS

Spring Evaluations will be held on March 27th and March 28th at the Clinton Middle School.

At this time, the only divisions required to attend evals will be:
Softball - AAA
Baseball - Farm, AAA and Majors

Information regarding groupings has been emailed out.

Friday, March 27th
5:30 - 6:30 PM: Majors Group 1
6:45 - 7:45 PM: Majors Group 2

Saturday, March 28th
8:30 - 9:30 AM: Softball AAA
9:45 - 10:45: Farm Group 1
11:00 - 12:00: Farm Group 2
12:15 - 1:15: Baseball AAA

Players should bring their glove, a hat, and sneakers. Players can also bring their batting helmet and bat if they have them. The league does provide helmets and bats.

TAG DAY FUNDRAISER

Our Annual Tag Day fundraiser is coming up on Saturday, April 4th, and we’re excited to have our players out in the community representing our program!

This is an important fundraiser that helps support equipment, field maintenance, and overall league operations. Families will need to register for their locations and times. To sign up for the two hour slot, visit HERE.

Each slot will require a parent volunteer for the entirety of the slot, and location assignments may be moved at the league's discretion.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

This process requires you to visit clintonarealittleleague.org and littleleague.org/university. You wil be required to create a free account/profile for both.

1. Register on clintonarealittleleague.org under REGISTRATION for the role you are interested in (head coach, assistant coach, team volunteer).
2. Complete Background Check - After you registered to volunteer, an email from JDP outlines the next step of this process
3. Diamond Leader Training Program - upload certificate to your volunteer profile on our league site
4. Abuse Awareness Training Course - upload certificate to your volunteer profile on our league site

If you have already completed these, you’re all set. If not, you will not be permitted to volunteer until you do.

Once we determine how many teams/participants we will have at each level, we will begin the process of confirming team volunteering assignments.

~AAA/Minors Baseball & Softball 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
~Majors Baseball 12:15 PM - 1:45 PM
